Prior to committing to a career in personal development, I lived out all of my creative whims.
This included careers as a dance teacher, a marketing director in the arts, and most recently, a brand educator and creative director. All of these amazing roles in my life have led me to today as the CEO of Conway Mentorship, a mindset coaching company I co-own with my husband, Dave Conway.
From decades in business, marketing and events, I uncovered my desire to inspire other ambitious entrepreneurs, not unlike myself, to build businesses and lives with conscious intention. Because I believe…

The 30-Day Year
This philosophy is grounded in setting a clear and measurable goal that stretches your thinking and capacity. Not to scare you, but to show you just how powerful you already are!
The framework revolves around turning your annual income into your monthly income.
An idea, quite honestly, I laughed off as completely insane back in 2017. Dave on the other hand thought it was the greatest thing he’d ever heard, dove right in, and completely pivoted careers from construction to mindset coaching.
By the end 2019, I could see that Dave was a great coach. He was passionate about the work and could help people get results. I decided to join him to grow his brand to reach more people.
It was within 6 months of teaming up that we hit our first $100K month and our first million within 9 months.
Flash forward to today and I am now the CEO of Conway Mentorship, leading the strategic direction of our business, overseeing our marketing and operations teams, and hosting The 30-Day Year Podcast. And of course, my favourite work of all: planning and hosting our seminars and events throughout North America.
Dave and I have been on an incredible journey individually and together since 2017, but really since our wedding in 2011. We’ve built a client base around the world, attracted a world-class team, designed and built our dream home, grown our family and continue to see more and more joy pour in!
